We are looking for a strong Front of House Manager who can run a high-volume floor, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is not a clipboard position—we need a hands-on leader who can control the room, support the team, and keep service moving at a high level.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage all front-of-house operations during shifts
  • Coach, develop, and hold staff accountable
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent service
  • Manage floor flow, seating, and guest experience
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Support bartenders, servers, and hosts during peak times
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous restaurant/bar management experience required
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and in control in high-volume situations
  • High standards for service, cleanliness, and team performance
  • Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Nights and weekend availability
