We are looking for a strong Front of House Manager who can run a high-volume floor, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This is not a clipboard position—we need a hands-on leader who can control the room, support the team, and keep service moving at a high level.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations during shifts
- Coach, develop, and hold staff accountable
- Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent service
- Manage floor flow, seating, and guest experience
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Support bartenders, servers, and hosts during peak times
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant/bar management experience required
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and in control in high-volume situations
- High standards for service, cleanliness, and team performance
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented
- Nights and weekend availability
